The Seller - CTK Refrigerations, CTK Parts further may referred as just CTK.
The Buyer - Company or physical person who purchase goods from us.

    1. Prices specified on the website and quotes are provided in EURO’s and are excluding turnover tax, other fees and taxes.
1.1 Prices does not include any local or foreign duties and levies.
1.2 The prices of the parts do not include the costs of shipping, nor the costs of loading, unloading, commissioning and cooperation in fulfilling customs formalities.
1.3 All of the above subjected are charged separately. All transport charges on the quotes are DAP incoterms (Delivered-at-Place).

    2. Payment 100% Payment in advance. Unless agreed otherwise in writing with CTK.
2.2Payment options: Wire transfers, PayPal, Credit cards.

    3. Delivery date / delivery period: The indicated delivery date or delivery period is provided for reference only.
3.1 The delivery date starts only after all commercial and technical details have been agreed, the agreed payment has been received and the remaining Terms and Conditions for the performance of the agreement have been met.
3.2 Exceeding the delivery date or performance period in no case gives the Buyer the right to claim compensation or terminate the agreement. The Buyer shall indemnify the Seller against any claims of third parties in connection with exceeding the delivery date or the execution period.
3.3 Delivery times for stocked items are 3-4 working days in the EU, 5-6 working days outside of the EU. Items which where purchased while being out of stock can take up to 120days to deliver.

    4 Warranty and more: CTK guarantees proper performance of the agreed product for a period of six months, assuming normal use, after delivery or completion of the work, as further specified in the following paragraph of this Article.
4.1 If the ordered parts do not perform properly, the Seller will decide within a reasonable period of time whether they will (i) still perform the work properly, or (ii) deliver a replacement product, or (iii) be able to remove the defects in a way that ensures that the work complies with the agreement, or (iv) terminate the agreement, or (v) refund in full, or (vi) partial refund.
4.2 Replacement products shall be sent with the same shipping terms as on the invoice.
4.3 CTK will not pay (i) disassembly and assembly costs; (ii) travel and stay expenses and other travel-related costs.
4.4 The Seller shall only be obliged to fulfill their warranty obligations if the Buyer fulfills all of their obligations.
4.5 The warranty shall not cover defects which result from:
– normal wear;
– incorrect or improper use;
– modifications;
– failure to carry out maintenance or improperly performed maintenance;
– installation, assembly, modification or repair by the Buyer or third parties;
– defects in the goods or the inappropriate nature of the goods provided by the Buyer or recommended by the Buyer;
– defects or unsuitable materials or aids used by the Buyer.
4.6 No warranty shall be provided in relation to:
– the delivered goods which are not brand new at the time of delivery;
– inspection and repair of the Buyer’s goods;
– parts for which a factory warranty has been granted.

    7. The Buyer shall be obliged to notify the Seller in writing of their complaints concerning the invoice within the payment deadline. If the payment deadline is longer than fifteen days, the Buyer shall file any claims or complaints within a maximum of fifteen days from the invoice issue date.
7.1 The Buyer shall check the goods immediately after delivery for any externally visible defects and quantities. In the absence of proof to the contrary, signing the waybill or waybill with a protocol of reservations shall constitute proof that the goods have been delivered in the correct quantity and free of defects.
7.2 Occasionally there may be information on our site or in the Service that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information in the Service or on any related website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).

    8. Disputes: No claims shall be made against the Seller for damages resulting from incorrect or improper use or processing of the goods by the Buyer or their authorized representatives.
8.1 The Sellet cannot change terms and conditions without prior consent of the buyer. Any new versions of the document are not valid with a consent.
8.2 The Buyer cannot derive any rights from advice and information from the Seller, which are not directly related to the agreement

24 months limited warranty on whole assembly and life time warranty on aluminum/copper joints.

1. Two years limited warranty on whole assembly.
1.1 Life time warranty on copper/aluminum connections.
2. To fulfill warranty I will need following information: installation date, unit name, serial number, unit hours on date of installation.
2.1 Break down date, break down short description, break down units hours.
2.2 Picture of the damaged place (if possible with soapy water and under pressure with nitrogen). Picture of the overall appearance.
4. After reviewing this information we will send you a new condenser (Carriage Prepaid).
5. Faulty condenser needed to be received back for further investigations.
6. If we don’t receive condenser back, we invoice you for the second condenser which was shipped to you. This is because we need to evaluate every case and fix the problem for future developments.
7. It can happen that during transportation condensers can get damaged. On this occurrence, a new condenser will be shipped to you free of charge. Point 2.2 need to be done – photo of damaged box, photo of damaged part.
