Uptime Preps: Cleaning Microchannel Condensers
We are preparing a Pre-Uptime Checklist for you, but for now to start, we would definitely recommend cleaning your microchannel condensers.
When do you have to clean the microchannel condensers?
Ideally, when you have service or maintenance, you should inspect the coils, and if there are any obstructions in the microchannel condensers, it should be cleaned then. However, at the very least, they need to be cleaned once a year.
What are the ways you can clean your microchannel condensers?

With Water pressure, it is optional to use NEUTRAL SOAP or DETERGENT - it is important to ensure that it's NEUTRAL.
Another thing, with our microchannel condensers, it's advised to use pressure level below 120 bars and at least 15cm space from the water pressure gun. Check this video for an example 👉
Some Good Operational Updates
It's Aliveeee (again)!
We have revived our Forklift back to life!
It's a long overdue news for sure, and fixing it took longer than we thought. However, this trooper is now finally fixed and running again.
Hopefully with the forklift revival, we will fulfil your orders more efficiently.
Warehouse Upgrade Time

New Colleague Alert 🚨
Starting this month (April 2025), a new colleague has joined CTK. Meet, Philippe Fortrie, CTK's new Warehouse Operations Manager.
Philippe will be in charge of all the warehouse operations, from receiving new stocks, organising them, and to make sure your parts get to you in a timely manner.
He previously has experiences as office & community manager, as well as an account manager at a B2C ecommerce.
